The Benefactors Society recognizes yearly leadership-level giving to UVA’s College and Graduate School of Arts & Sciences. Through their philanthropy to the College Fund, Benefactors advance the strategic priorities of Arts & Sciences as the University strives to be the number one public university in the country. Benefactor Society support helps create a second-to-none liberal arts education for undergraduates, assures that we hire and keep the very best faculty, bolster research capabilities, and strengthen the Graduate School, where PhD students work alongside professors and undergrad students to teach, conduct research and provide mentorship.
